This meditation is an exercise in pelvic reconnection. When we bring embodied presence back into the pelvic floor, we enlighten creativity, create space for pain reduction, and show up for ourselves in the very place we habitually create disconnection and store shame.

This embodiment meditation can be done during a flair-up, when you’re feeling pain, disconnected, emotionally triggered, in need of self-care, or simply just wanting to connect with your body, vulva and womb space.

Using this meditation daily improves your levels of self-awareness, personal connection and growth. As always, I encourage you to journal about your experience.
